The Cottage

The Cottage is situated in the center of the estate. There is a gentle stream alongside the cottage, a separate screen house with table, and a large covered

porch on the bedroom level for just relaxing. Both levels of the cottage are situated at ground level with entrances both up and down. The living room, kitchen and eating area are on one level with a sliding glass door out to the screen house.  The bedrooms are on the other level along with a full bath, and open to the covered porch. The covered porch looks over a large mowed rolling field, which is a great place to spend time reading, watching the deer or wild turkeys, throwing a frisbee or flying a kite. 

The Cottage has two bedrooms and a bath located on the top floor. The top floor has direct access to a porch that is excellent for sunbathing or just rocking in a chair and reading. The porch overlooks a large meadow that often has deer and turkeys wander through in the evenings.
