Should you want to venture out from Willow Lake Farms, we are situated centrally to many area attractions. Summer favorites include the West Point Sunday evening concerts on Trophy Point, a day at Storm King Art Center (open late spring through late fall), or a day at the new Dia Museum (just 10 minutes drive).The Innisfree Gardens in Millbrook is a quiet place to explore.

If you are traveling from outside the area, we are located an easy train ride to NYC.  The
Metro North train station is 15 minutes away and in just 75 minutes you will be at Grand Central Station in the heart of New York City.  

There are also many fascinating historic sites located within an easy drive. The
Roosevelt Museum and the Vanderbilt Mansion in Hyde Park, George Washington's Headquarters in Newburgh, and the home of Samuel F. Morse in Poughkeepsie to name just a few.

There is a local children's museum, as well as a moderate size water park just minutes away.   Markets are quite close as are theaters, and excellent restaurants. A visit to the
Culinary Institute of America
