Chestnut is one of the two units in the Gate House.Chestnut will sleep 6, featuring two bedrooms; one with a king bed, the other with two
twin beds. There is
a full size futon in the loft.The Living Room, and Kitchen have cathedral ceilings,creating a
very open space.The fireplace wall is
shared with Hickory, with back-to-back yet seperate fireplaces. There is a 6 foot hallway that can be opened if the house is reserved by a group.Otherwise,both sides function separately, and are complete in themselves.Chestnut has an outside picnic table, gas grill, and 6 outdoor chairs.

living and kitchen area. The loft is at the top of a circular staircase
overlooking the living area.
